Job summary

You will guide new and existing clients through onboarding and configuration of insurance and employee benefits programs, and lead training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to ensure users understand systems, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or employee benefits implementation or training is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, education, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and existing clients through implementation of insurance and employee benefits programs.
• Prepare training materials and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve deployment issues and ensure timely milestones.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain accurate records of projects and training activities.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience aligned with Palmer & Cay's service standards.
