You’ll lead scoping, coordinate testing, and ensure a smooth onboarding for global organizations, working with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong client servicing, excellent communication, and sharp analytical skills, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, treasury, product, or project management.
• Strong client servicing skills with clear communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping meetings to understand client requirements.
• Facilitate status meetings and provide updates to clients and teams.
• Prepare Statements of Work and implementation options.
• Monitor project status, issues, and risks using tracking tools.
• Establish test environments and coordinate testing.
• Explain test results and assist with issue resolution.
• Support production migration and verification.
• Collaborate with production teams for timely updates.
• Attend meetings and training to enhance product knowledge.
• Identify process gaps and own improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures.
