• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong process discipline

Responsibilities

• Handle new business processing, paperwork, and transfers with accuracy
• Record client interactions and ensure timely application submission and maintenance
• Coordinate with advisors, carriers, and custodians across systems
• Maintain compliant client files and documentation across electronic and paper formats
• Support training and process improvements as needed
