Job summary

ROBERT W. BAIRD & CO. INCORPORATED is seeking a Client Specialist in Colorado to deliver exceptional client service and support to Financial Advisors within Private Wealth Management. You will coordinate onboarding, manage communications, support account operations, and help organize client events to strengthen client relationships.

You will maintain CRM data, prepare materials for meetings, and ensure regulatory adherence while helping drive advisor business and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have Active SIE Exam and Series 7 license and either Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses or be willing to study and obtain within 18 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and prospect pipeline, prepare new account paperwork, and open accounts.
• Support account operations and regulatory compliance for client accounts.
• Maintain CRM system and leverage data for client service models.
• Organize and coordinate client events and prepare materials for meetings.
• Answer client inquiries and liaise with Financial Advisors to take action.
• Assist with communications and reporting to support advisor business.
