Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Account Services professional in Washington state to manage all aspects of the client-service process and serve as the primary contact for eligibility, claims, billing, and benefits inquiries. You will collaborate with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewals.

The role requires 3–5 years in benefit insurance, an Life & Health license, and a strong background in benefits administration and client relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of benefit insurance experience (brokerage preferred) or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Active Life & Health License required.
• High School Diploma / GED required; College degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the account-service process.
• Work with Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewals.
• Analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
• Serve as client point of contact for eligibility, claims, billing, and benefit administration inquiries.
