Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the client and sales lifecycle with salespeople, client executives, and clients.
• Improve ease of doing business for clients by providing cross-product solutions to recurring issues.
• Onboard and maintain high-value clients, ensuring timely setup and prioritization.
• Diagnose root causes and deliver tactical/strategic solutions to issues.
• Assist in monitoring desk controls and credit facilities to support trading.
• Ensure pre- and post-trade processes are managed efficiently.
