About SimplePin: SimplePin is revolutionizing payments and receivables automation in the insurance space. We are working with some of the largest and most innovative insurance providers across Canada and United States to optimize their end customer experience while providing maximal automation, accuracy, and transparency to accounting teams.

Job Description: SimplePin is seeking a highly organized and skilled Client Success and Implementations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, customizing and configuring our solution to meet their needs, and ensuring the success of each deployment. You will manage multiple concurrent deployments, provide ongoing support, and assist the sales team with technical demos for new prospects. This role requires a deep understanding of the accounting, payments and B2B SaaS implementations, as well as understanding of system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Understand client requirements, customize and configure the SimplePin solution, and plan and manage the implementation project.
  • Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they are well-versed in using the SimplePin platform.
  • Deployment Success: Ensure the smooth and successful deployment of SimplePin, addressing any issues that arise during the process.
  • Customer Support: Provide continuous support to clients post-deployment, helping them resolve any issues and optimize their use of SimplePin.
  • Technical Demos: Support the sales team by conducting technical demos for new prospects, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of SimplePin.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple deployments simultaneously, ensuring each project stays on track and meets client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with SimplePin.

You're detail-oriented, proactive, and people-savvy — and you’re excited to make an impact at a growing fintech company. Whether you're a recent grad or early in your career, we’re looking for someone who’s motivated to grow with us.

  • 1–3 yearsof experience (internships or co-ops welcome!) in client-facing roles, ideally in tech, fintech, SaaS, or insurance.
  • A foundational understanding ofpayments,accounting, orsystem integrationsis a plus.
  • Strongorganization and multitasking skills— you thrive in fast-paced environments with lots of moving pieces.
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them in plain language.
