The role collaborates with analysts, team leads and program managers to deliver scalable onboarding solutions.

You will strategize with development teams to enhance the product offering and accelerate delivery timelines while maintaining top-tier client

Formación

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Clearwater Way client implementation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with analysts, team leads and program managers to optimize onboarding.
• Develop solutions and provide guidance on industry knowledge and Clearwater functionality.
• Strategize with product management and development to improve onboarding and reduce delivery timeframes.
• Create training materials and SOPs to share knowledge across teams.
• Communicate effectively with a global team to resolve client inquiries.
