Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Client Analyst in Deerfield, IL to support our centralized Client Service Team. You will assist with onboarding, data management, contracting, and client communications, while coordinating meetings and processing new investment accounts.

The role involves tax season activities, collaboration with internal departments on investments and operations, and contributing to Quality Control reporting. Strong MS Office skills and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of professional corporate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients and manage client data and contracting procedures.
• Assist in scheduling client meetings to ensure timely communication between advisors and clients.
• Prepare and track investment account applications through funding.
• Coordinate tax season activities including data gathering, tax returns, and e-filing when applicable.
• Collaborate with internal departments on investment and operational tasks including Special Investments and Private Equity.
• Help track and report Quality Control metrics to maintain service standards.
