Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-5 years in a professional corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Excellent communications skills: team focused.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding, Data Management, and Contracting: supports seamless integration of new clients by managing onboarding, maintaining client data, and handling contracting.
• Meeting Coordination: assists in scheduling client meetings to ensure timely communication between advisor teams and clients.
• Investment Account Processing: prepares, submits, and tracks new investment account applications through funding.
• Tax Season Activities: manages tax data, consents, finalizes returns, coordinates estimated payments, and e-filing.
• Internal Group Collaboration: interfaces with internal departments on accounts and Special Investments/Private Equity.
• Quality Control Metrics and Reporting: helps track and report on quality metrics.
