Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience in a professional corporate environment.

• Excellent communications skills; team focused.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding: manage the onboarding process and maintain accurate data.
• Handle contracting procedures and data management.
• Coordinate client meetings to ensure timely communication between advisors and clients.
• Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications through funding.
• Manage tax season tasks, data organization, consents, returns, and e-filing.
• Collaborate with internal groups on accounts and investment-related requests.
