Job summary

DTCC is seeking an Implementation Analyst within the SIFMU Integration and a member of the CSS Onboarding & Lifecycle Operations team. You will manage the full project lifecycle and implement the DTCC Solutions suite for clients, coordinating onboarding from initiation through production readiness and go-live.

You will build strong client relationships, manage expectations and risk, and ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• PMP certified desirable.
• Experience in Financial Services industry with understanding of Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing.
• Experience with similar messaging systems and protocols desirable.
• Extensive client facing experience with ability to manage expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with online training and presentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement and manage scope and timelines.
• Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Develop project artifacts using standard templates.
• Accountable for project success and issue resolution.
• Lead regular status meetings with clients and provide updates.
• Support clients during testing and production rollout, handover to Support.
• Recommend product enhancements based on client projects.
• Participate in internal cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as requested by the Integration Manager.
• Aligns risk and control processes into daily responsibilities.
