Job summary

Ubiquity Retirement and Savings is seeking support staff to handle onboarding for new plans, conversions, and ongoing client servicing based on workload and team capacity.

The role includes assisting with plan setup from contract through go-live, coordinating design reviews, educating clients, and managing documentation. You will conduct onboarding meetings and provide inbound phone coverage, handling escalations as needed.

• Provide flexible coverage across new plan onboarding, conversions, and client servicing based on business volume and team capacity.
• Support new plan setup and conversion execution from contract through go-live, including plan design review, coordination, and client education.
• Conduct client onboarding meetings, provide inbound phone coverage, and assist with case escalations and document management.
