You’ll guide projects from kickoff through 30-day milestones to accelerate momentum and results.

Requirements include 2+ years in onboarding or coordination, strong follow-up discipline, CRM proficiency, and the ability to juggle multiple workflows while maintaining top-notch client

• 2+ years in client onboarding, project coordination, customer success, or executive administrative roles.
• Outstanding follow-up discipline, friendly phone presence, and CRM organization skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple project workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Kickoff Call Management: Lead welcoming kickoff calls with new clients and outline 30-day launch timelines.
• Asset & Access Collection: Gather client credentials, brand assets, domain access, and intake forms.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with web developers, SEO leads, and insurance agents to maintain launch speed.
• Client Status Communication: Provide proactive weekly progress updates during onboarding.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $44,000 - $60,000 based on coordinationand client success experience.
