• Experience managing multiple time-sensitive projects with global teams.
• One year analyzing large data sets (10,000+ lines) and deriving key themes.
• Experience configuring operational metrics using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Data Warehousing or RPA tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage in client service and relationship support, risk management, regulatory adherence and related tasks.
• Provide operational risk management and oversight for account opening workflows and processes, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable accurate reporting.
