Job summary

Raymond James, in Saint Petersburg, FL, is expanding its Operations team to support onboarding of new Financial Advisors. The role focuses on assisting with opening new accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering white-glove service via email, Teams, and phone.

As an entry-level, contract position, you will build knowledge of company policies and procedures, support with inquiries, and collaborate across departments to resolve escalated cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory compliance for opening new customer accounts.
• Provide white-glove service to incoming Raymond James clients by supporting inquiries, questions, or information requests as needed.
• Assist with cases and inquiries that are escalated in nature by following SOP to engage with other departments.
• Provide updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operation functions.
