Job summary

State Street is seeking a versatile professional for the Account Services Implementation team. You will support onboarding and implementation initiatives, gathering client requirements and liaising between business, clients, and tech teams across Front Office, Middle Office, and IBOR.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deployments to the Alpha platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in project management or business analysis.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and creating use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Alpha Front-to-Back Account Services implementations.
• Document business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Coordinate account onboarding and data readiness with stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate client workshops and alignment sessions.
• Manage timelines and dependencies to meet milestones.
