Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Analyst for the Alpha Performance service. The role focuses on onboarding clients, analyzing requirements, and configuring workflows within a performance-focused platform.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in investment performance measurement and data management, with strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration. CFA/CIPM is a nice-to-have qualification. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in investment performance measurement and data management.
• Experience enabling client reporting for asset managers.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Proven teamwork and communication with internal and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and documenting client requirements for large and complex efforts.
• Perform and support testing activities.
• Configure the Alpha Performance solution for client-specific workflows with client-side counterparts.
• Collaborate with Performance SMEs and Product teams to close functionality gaps.
• Contribute to improving methodologies and processes for successful delivery.
• Develop domain SME knowledge on State Street's Front-to-back platform.
