Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Data Analyst to support client onboarding, maintenance, and configuration across the Alpha Platform. You will collect and validate client data, help ensure accurate account setup, and work with clients and internal teams to resolve data issues.

The role emphasizes data controls, testing readiness, and collaborative problem solving to support front-, middle-, and back-office processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/finance/IT-related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, investment operations, client implementation, account services, or financial services tech preferred.
• Experience with account onboarding, system configuration, data controls, or testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize client account data for new launches and maintenance.
• Validate data, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up on Account Matrix/Conversion Data.
• Configure account data elements within Account Services tools and downstream Alpha systems.
