NielsenIQ in the United States is seeking an insights professional to translate data into direction through compelling, visuals and storytelling. You will present NIQ data to influence manufacturers and retailers, focusing on health, wellness, and fresh meat sectors.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of CPG or Retail industry experience in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, or manufacturer-retailer relations.
  • Proficient in syndicated POS or panel data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
  • MS Excel expertise including vlookup and sumif; working knowledge of SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience creating compelling PowerPoint presentations from complex data sets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.
  • Onsite role for candidates local to Sheboygan Falls, WI area.

What will you do:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to shape deliverables that are actionable and engaging.

A Little About You:
  • You love data, and you have the organic curiosity to find the “so what”. You don’t just build decks – you design stories that engage key shareholders, sparking curiosity, driving action, and creating a desire to dive deeper.
  • You’ve created and delivered high-impact presentations to brand or retail stakeholders in consumer insights – translating complex data sets into sharp, strategic narratives. You understand the CPG ecosystem and its many influences, and how retailers and brands use data to make decisions.
  • You may have worked with or around fresh meat and health and wellness brands and understand the nuance behind product attributes, functional benefits, and consumer trust in this space.
  • You are a natural collaborator who thrives in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environments – whether you are partnering with clients, or facilitating conversation with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teammates
Qualifications
  • 5 years of Consumer‑Packaged Goods or Retail industry experience required in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, manufacturer‑retailer relationships
  • Proficient in syndicated POS or panel data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
  • MS Excel expertise and the ability to tumble complex datasets: to include v/x‑lookup, sum/if; Working knowledge of SQL, Python, other coding languages and BI tools (Power BI/Tablaeu)
  • Rich experience creating compelling and engaging PowerPoint presentations from complex data sets and ideas
  • Moves with a sense of urgency, perseverance, and client‑first mentality
  • Ability to multi‑task successfully and independently manage multiple projects with varying timelines
  • Collaborator with strong oral and written communication skills; Must be a good listener
  • Excited to spend time onsite with clients in hybrid rhythm
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time
Additional Information

This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $83,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
