As ourClient Success & Growth Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients from the moment they reach out to us. You will support them on their journey, helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered. You’ll also contribute to building a positive community, sharing insights, and ensuring our transformative programs leave a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of connection for new leads and potential clients – warm, engaging, and always ready to help.
  • Guide clients through the discovery and onboarding process for our courses and coaching programs.
  • Provide ongoing client support, checking in on their progress and offering motivation, accountability, and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with coaches and leadership to refine and elevate the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and feedback using CRM systems and communication tools.
  • Assist with community-building activities (online and offline), such as events, webinars, or coaching calls.
  • Identify opportunities for client growth, upselling additional services or courses that align with their goals.
