Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. seeks a Client Manager to oversee a complex book of business, maintain relationships, and lead renewals, implementations, and service issue resolution. You will be the primary daily contact for clients and may coach junior teammates.

A Life & Health license and 3+ years of experience are required, with strong communication and accountability. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manages dedicated book of business including high-revenue or complex clients with tailored engagement.
  • Owns client relationships, service plans, timelines and execution quality.
  • Leads benefit implementations, renewals and open enrollment strategy.
  • Primary point of contact for daily client service.
  • Coaches or trains junior Client Managers.

Job description

Manages a more complex orhigher ‑ revenuebook of business and provides consultative support throughout the client lifecycle. This role owns client relationships,leadsrenewals and implementations, and resolves complex service issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:
  • Manages dedicated Book of Business:medium-to-large volume book or a smaller set of higher revenue or more complex clients (e.g., self-funded, custom plans), requiring higher service intensity and tailored engagement models. May support light prospecting.
  • Has ownership and accountability for clientrelationships, service plans, timelines, and execution quality.
  • Leads benefit implementations, vendor management, renewals, and open enrollment strategy and delivery.
  • Primary point of contact for daily client service.
  • May provide coaching or training for junior Client Managers.
