Job summary

IMA Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Client Manager to handle a dedicated, low-to-medium complexity client book with standardized service models. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinate across internal teams, ensure compliance and deliver lifecycle support.

You will manage Salesforce workflows, review associates’ work, and resolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues while upholding IMA’s values and client service standards. A robust benefits package accompanies this role.

Job description

The Client Manager manages a dedicated book of business consisting primarily of lower ‑ complexity clients, delivering standardized service and lifecycle support. This role serves as a primaryclientcontact, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures compliance, documentation, and service expectations are met.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to:

  • Manages a dedicated Book of Business: small-to-medium volume book of primary low-complexity clients (e.g., fully insured, standard plans) with moderate service intensity and standardized service models.
  • Servesas a primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting all phases of the client lifecycle.
  • Manages Salesforce – with ownership of workflow, tracking, and data quality for assigned BOB.
  • Provides support on and develops in all areas of the client life cycle.
  • Reviews work completed by Client Associates before delivery to clients.
  • Resolves claims, billing, and eligibility issues while coordinating with internal support teams.
  • May coach peers orguide supportstaff or junior team members.
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $100,000 USD - $200,000 USD
