Portnoff Law Associates is seeking a Client Management Attorney in King of Prussia, PA. You will serve as the primary legal and operational liaison between PLA and assigned clients, ensuring compliant collection activities and adherence to client contracts and laws.

You will monitor claims, manage client data, and collaborate with leadership to identify risks. Opportunities exist to advance toward preferred practice areas within a respectful office environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Pennsylvania law license required.
• 1–3 years of experience in litigation, collections, bankruptcy, or related area.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws and county procedures.
• Strong writing, research and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience supervising support staff.
• Willingness to travel within Pennsylvania for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned clients and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, ordinances, and enabling legislation.
• Handle pre-litigation contacts and respond to government inquiries.
• Monitor claims and assist senior management to resolve obstacles.
• Assess filings for sheriff sale listings and advise clients.
• Provide onsite presence with other CMA attorneys as needed.
• Supervise paralegals and review pleadings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
