Qualifications

• J.D. and active Pennsylvania law license.
• 1–3 years of experience in litigation, collections, bankruptcy, or related practice.
• Strong legal analysis, writing, research, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure compliance with contracts and laws.
• Oversee timely handling of claims and monitor client data and legislation.
• Identify risks and coordinate with senior management on responses.
• Supervise paralegal work and sign pleadings as needed.
• Collaborate with other CMA attorneys to provide onsite presence as required.
