Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant information about their cases.
• Assess the viability of potential cases based on established criteria and provide preliminary legal advice.
• Efficiently manage and document client intake information in our case management system.
• Coordinate appointments for potential clients with attorneys and ensure smooth transitions in the intake process.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in handling client information and inquiries.
