Job summary

Job Duck LLC in California seeks an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to lead client acquisition for a growing Family Law Firm. You will guide prospective clients through consultations, build trust during sensitive matters, and convert leads into retained clients.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. Monthly pay range: 1,142–1,220 USD. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly sales role based in the US with a focus on excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Intake, Client Success or Business Development.
• Experience converting prospects into paying clients or customers.
• Strong customer service background.
• Experience working in high-emotion or consultative environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate the value of the firm's legal services.
• Maintain organized lead pipelines and communication schedules.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and firm systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients (PNCs).
• Conduct initial consultations and discovery conversations with leads.
• Gather relevant information regarding potential legal matters.
• Conduct consistent and strategic follow-up with prospective clients.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from prospect to client.
• Guide prospective clients through the consultation and retention process.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through retention.

A growing Family Law Firm based in Orange County, California, is seeking an experienced Client Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and drive the firm’s client acquisition efforts. This is a high-level sales and client engagement position, not a traditional administrative intake role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the consultation and retention process, building trust during emotionally sensitive situations, and converting qualified leads into retained clients.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

Monthly Compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD
