Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking an Intake Specialist to handle inbound inquiries, conduct intake interviews, and gather detailed case information. You will ensure accurate data collection, maintain client confidentiality, and coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to support onboarding and case progression.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service, intake coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews and collect information for case routing.
• Record client details accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to relay intake information.
• Assist with scheduling, file preparation, and onboarding support.
