The Intake Coordinator is responsible for assessing eligibility, gathering necessary information, coordinating referrals, and ensuring Veterans are connected to appropriate services in a timely manner.
The Intake Coordinator must be able to communicate professionally with a wide range of individuals, manage multiple priorities, and remain organized and composed in challenging or rapidly changing situations. The ideal candidate is professional, poised, resourceful, and able to use sound judgment while balancing the needs of Veterans, community partners, and internal staff.
