Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Product Delivery Analyst to support delivery activities for Client Information data products within broader programs.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, technology, operations, and control teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Support product delivery activities within regulated or controlled environments.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
• Apply phased delivery methodologies and production rollout practices.
• Utilize automation tools to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Produce clear and concise project documentation and status reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities for Client Information products within cross‑product programs.
• Partner with Product Owners, technology, operations, and control teams to align scope, sequencing, and milestones.
• Document and track dependencies, actions, decisions, and follow‑up items for Client Information initiatives.
• Support program meetings through status updates and artifact management.
• Execute standardized processes for generating delivery artifacts, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, RAID logs, and runbooks using Intelligent Automation.
• Maintain reusable delivery artifacts that are consistently formatted and accessible across the team.
• Identify and implement Intelligent Automation opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor progress of Client Information deliverables and elevate risks and issues when appropriate.
• Support production readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities for Client Information products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes and reusable artifacts.
• Execute tasks with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and operational excellence.
