Job summary

Magis Capital Partners is seeking an Account Lead in Berwyn, PA to own the full client relationship lifecycle from discovery through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing support. You will be the primary contact, translating client needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful go-lives.

The role blends project management, business analysis, and relationship management, requiring comfort in ambiguity, multi-project prioritization, and accountability when issues arise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discovery with new clients to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Own the project plan for each client implementation including timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate test plans during integration testing and drive resolution with dev and client.
• Serve as primary front-facing contact for clients throughout onboarding and post-launch journey.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage expectations and communication.
