Job summary

Northern Trust in the United States is seeking a motivated professional to join Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) onboarding clients to the Omnium platform. You will collaborate with client service providers, OMN IT, and IPS teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely project execution.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 years’ experience in finance or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Bloomberg terminals beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and time-management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with client, client service providers, OMN IT, and IPS teams to onboard new clients.
• Support multiple implementation projects concurrently and track progress.
• Coordinate with international partners to troubleshoot onboarding queries.
