This position is designed for a recent accounting or finance graduate and focuses on executing defined processes related to monthly NAV close, investor accounting, and financial reporting under the guidance of senior team members.The Analyst will assist with data preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverables while developing an understanding of fund structures, accounting processes, and internal and client systems.**Major Duties**Assist in preparation of monthly fund NAV and business entity close support and schedules; escalate items for reviewCompile, validate, and organize financial data for dissemination to clients and investorsSupport monthly close process through preparation and first level review of journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations under supervisionAssist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for fundsPrepare audit support documentation and respond to auditor requests with guidance from senior team membersParticipate in team learning and development opportunitiesExecute assigned tasks and support team deliverables while building technical and foundational knowledge of business unit and fund administration processesPerform defined tasks within established processes and escalate issues as appropriateSupport process execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying issues or inefficiencies**Knowledge*** Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, financial statements)* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Effective written and verbal communication skills* Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Willingness to learn financial systems (e.g., Subledger, ERP, investor accounting platforms)* Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment**Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required* Relevant work experience preferred; recent grads with relevant coursework or internship experience may be consideredApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
