We are looking for a smart, strategic, and experienced Client Growth Manager to ensure that the Client is successfully leveraging Phamily to deliver superior care management to their patients. Serving as the operational point of contact. The Client Growth Manager will help clients navigate Phamily’s solutions and services, which can include liaising directly with the Client’s care delivery team such as program managers, practice coordinators, and care managers.

Things change quickly and frequently here, so we need someone who is at the top of their game and can shift gears, alter direction, and keep going at pace. You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that both meet the current moment and contemplate the future and then implement them. Customer service and business savvy come into play here, and we all use them daily. No matter your job level, you will own your work from beginning to end, take feedback well, prioritize what matters, never rest on your laurels, stay positive and resilient, and make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help support the management of a book of business and the development of operational processes.
  • Help monitor the performance of accounts and coordinate intervention strategies to ensure they meet both client and Phamily success criteria.
  • Provide guidance and reporting to clients to enable them to make informed decisions.
  • Engage end-users (care managers) to help them get the most out of Phamily.

To be qualified to work at Phamily, you will have:

  • Experienced success in a fast-paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations.
  • An ownership mentality – you do what you say you will do and do what needs to be done, taking full responsibility for the success of your work.
  • Experience as a creative problem solver, using all available resources when tackling an issue or obstacle.
  • Curiosity (intellectual, emotional and social) and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

To be qualified for this role, you will have:

  • Passion for tackling difficult problems in healthcare and excited by the ambiguity and opportunity that comes with working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience.
  • A self directed, forward-thinking attitude with a proven track record of managing a varied books of business.
  • Exceptional project management skills and be ready to oversee 10-12 accounts at a time.
  • Proven success in building trust and driving results for a broad range of stakeholders: senior executives, IT, and day-to-day users of the software.
  • The ability to quickly identify underlying drivers of problems, quickly develop hypotheses, and execute on a path to solve.
  • Proven record of unblocking relationships, turning detractors into advocates, and driving issues to resolution with great client satisfaction.
