Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Client Funds Specialist based in the Firm's global operations center in Tampa, FL. The role involves processing bank transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and managing trust accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Ability to perform detailed financial tasks.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions, including deposits and disbursements.
• Ensure deposits are recorded to the appropriate client matter.
• Set up vendors to meet IRS criteria.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage trust accounts to comply with regulations.
• Conduct in-depth research for transactions and payments.
