Client Funds Specialist
Based in the Firm's global operations center in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bank transactions, including deposits and disbursements.
- Ensure deposits are recorded to the appropriate client matter and that disbursements have appropriate supporting documentation and approvals.
- Set up vendors to meet IRS criteria, including minimal comprehension of tax laws.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage trust accounts to comply with state regulations and firm policies.
- Manage bank account opening and maintain good banking relationships, including signature account maintenance, assisting with online access, and entitlements.
- Conduct in-depth research for transactions and payments.
- Store and file records of transactions.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to work activities during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law.

Required Qualifications & Education
2–5 years relevant accounting and finance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or Economics.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
