Job summary

M&D is seeking a Client Fulfillment Technician to support order processing, shipping, and customer communications from its Coleman, MI location. You will track orders, prepare labels, and assist with fulfillment issues in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely responses, and collaboration with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Check and respond to emails
• Process order fulfillments
• Process return authorizations for cores
• Create shipping labels and bills of lading (BOL) as necessary
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up and/or resolve shipping issues if they arise
• Work with customers to assist in return of core parts
• Complete all daily and weekly tasks listed on the 'Employee’s Responsibilities Sheet' (distributed by Team Lead)
• Assist Sales department with fulfillment issues
• Handle inbound customer calls
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Correspond with vendors to process returns
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships
• Follow the HHP system and report any problems to management immediately
• Performs other duties as assigned

Position Summary

TheClient Fulfillment Technician is an essential part of our team, helping ensure customers get accurate shipping information quickly and efficiently. You'll follow processes, suggest improvements, and work closely with the fulfillment team to support company goals.
