Job summary

Truist Financial in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Regular full-time teller/client service associate to provide timely and accurate banking services and help deliver superior client experiences.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, participate in outbound calls, and support Integrated Relationship Management activities to meet client needs. The role emphasizes compliance, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique client experience through courteous, knowledgeable service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution as needed.
