Job summary

The Union Bank Company is hiring a Teller for the Defiance branch. The Teller will handle cash receipt and payment services, process deposits, and promote bank products while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Under the Head Teller, you will service savings, checking and loan products, cross-sell offerings, and refer clients to the appropriate team for complex product needs. Relevant experience preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, prompt client transactions and services.
• Assist clients with resolution of account problems.
• Receive checks for cash and deposits; verify, balance.
• Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; balances validation.
