Scope Labs is seeking a high-performing Technical Project Manager to lead client relationships end-to-end, translating complex tech concepts into clear business value. You will own timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

The role blends emotional intelligence with strong organizational skills to maintain trust, drive results, and ensure smooth delivery across product, engineering, and design teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in relationship management or project delivery.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence; able to listen, empathize, and adapt style.
• Natural relationship-builder with consistent follow-through and transparency.
• Proactive problem solver who researches and resolves issues without escalation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; keeps commitments and action items visible.
• Calm under pressure; manages escalations professionally and maintains solutions focus.
• Comfortable with confrontation; can push back professionally when needed.
• Strong written communication; crafts clear updates and notes quickly.
• Background in B2B/B2C software or tech-adjacent services with some technical fluency.
• Previous startup or agency experience; understands fast pace and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and proactively identify needs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
• Lead project delivery from kickoff to completion, tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Problem-solve client issues, identify root causes, and elevate only when input is needed.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple accounts with a calm, solutions-focused presence.
• Facilitate regular client meetings, retrospectives, and check-ins to gather feedback.
• Maintain clear documentation of conversations, actions, and evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to improve internal productivity.
• Protect internal bandwidth by diplomatically managing client needs and de-escalating when necessary.
