Namespace Labs is seeking a Technical Project Manager in San Francisco to drive technical initiatives from planning through execution, aligning engineering work with business goals and coordinating cross-functional teams.

You’ll translate requirements into clear technical plans, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure quality across development, testing, and delivery while partnering with vendors and leadership.

Qualifications

• Technical background in software development, computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience managing technical projects, in a dedicated PM role or as part of an engineering role.
• Experience working with software engineering teams and understanding how projects are planned, built, and shipped.
• Familiarity with developer tools and modern software development workflows.
• Ability to translate technical requirements, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks into clear project plans.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive multiple stakeholders toward execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into clear technical tasks and project plans for engineering teams.
• Create and maintain project documentation, managing timelines, budgets, scope, resources, and day-to-day priorities.
• Anticipate technical obstacles, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure testing and quality standards.
• Keep engineering teams, cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and leadership aligned on progress, priorities, and roadblocks.
• Manage technical vendors and suppliers as part of project delivery.
