Job summary

Dollamur is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Fort Worth, TX who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers outstanding customer service. You will support customers, the sales team, and internal operations with order entry, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented or sales support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-team collaboration.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to external clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage inquiries related to order status, warranties, costs, shipping, and product details with accuracy.
Assist Sales Segment Managers with order entry, freight quoting, logistics tracking, and customer communications.
Process and review orders for customized products and ensure smooth production transition.
Collaborate with internal teams on production capacity and order status.
Maintain detailed knowledge of Dollamur’s products and processes.
