Job summary

TD Bank Jamaica Plain location is seeking a Retail Banker I to act as a customer liaison, delivering TD’s Brand promise through financial expertise and consultative advice. You will educate customers on banking products, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships, while guiding them through loan and account solutions.

The role emphasizes high quality service, product knowledge, and proactive customer outreach within Personal & Commercial Banking.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire to take customer transactions.
• Notary License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Delivers Legendary experience by helping customers, building relationships, and delivering service and advice.
• Understands and supports the Bank’s Customer Service Strategy; Delivers end-to-end advice customers expect.
• Serves as a Customer advocate in improving financial confidence and providing proactive tips.
• Engages in lobby leadership by guiding customer flow and needs discovery.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and educates clients on self-service options.
• Performs teller transactions and cash handling while following policies.

Education

HS Diploma or GED

1+ years’ experience in customer/sales

Teller experience preferred

Notary License (Preferred)
