Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies solutions for clients by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Maintains knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Provides a consistent client experience including greeting and basic transactions.
• Opens consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options.
