Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the NMLS as required for the role; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen client relationships through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach.
