Job summary

INTREN in Warrenton, MO is seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary customer contact for assigned contracts, driving overall operational performance and ensuring all contract requirements and KPIs are met.

You will lead project teams from inception to close-out, manage changes and scope, coordinate invoicing and reporting, and maintain data integrity across INTREN systems while communicating status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen, customer focus and drive for results.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience managing large projects.
• Proven high level management skills in coaching and facilitating business competency.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including technology and performance.
• Proven leadership and performance management ability in a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer for the assigned contracts.
• Drive overall operational performance and ensure contract requirements and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with executives and managers to maintain customer relationships.
• Manage contract changes, scope creep, and reporting requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource-loaded plans.
• Provide periodic project status and performance reports to leadership.
• Oversee invoicing, job closeout, and data integrity in systems.
• Lead project teams and monitor KPIs to adjust plans.
