Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (in Science, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager, Account Manager or customer relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and fostering long-term trust.
• Communicate proactively to share updates and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
