Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in financial services or client service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, prepare materials and follow-up items.
• Provide client service, account administration, and proactive communication.
• Draft and confirm Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and amendments.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and year-end planning processes.
• Support portfolio rebalancing, trading, and cash management tasks.
• Prepare financial planning deliverables and client reports.
