Qualifications

• NJ Property & Casualty Producer License required (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 2 years insurance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance meeting HIG standards.
• Must be able to commute to Marlton/Vineland, NJ.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & client engagement: respond to prospects within 24 hours and manage inquiries, gather client info, present quotes and bind coverage.
• Operational excellence: track lead activity, maintain records in Agency Management System, support carrier initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Team impact: build client relationships, leverage carrier relationships, contribute to special projects as needed.
