Qualifications

• 1–3 years in personal lines insurance or related role.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain.
• Strong customer service and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Personal Lines clients, delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships.
• Educate clients on coverages, policy exclusions, billing inquiries, and other personal insurance questions.
• Answer inbound client calls through a phone queue, responding promptly and professionally.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, premium payments, and servicing requests through carrier websites and agency management systems.
• Review policy renewals and remarket accounts to ensure appropriate coverage and competitive solutions.
• Evaluate non-renewals and cancellations and communicate recommended actions to clients.
• Handle underwriting requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency systems.
